Junovia Approach

Laser and broadband light are chosen by target — pigment, vessels, texture, or scar — not by trend. Pico pulses shatter color. Fractional beams rebuild surface. Ablative CO2 is reserved for deeper work and a longer recovery. Fotona 4D is a layered protocol on the SP Dynamis, not a machine name alone.

How It Works:

The first visit is a consultation. We map tone, Fitzpatrick type, downtime, medications, and whether you have taken isotretinoin. Treatment is a separate visit unless you are cleared and prepared. Some platforms are a series; ablative CO2 is a single stronger pass with longer recovery. Aftercare is part of the treatment, not an afterthought.

Who Should Wait:

We do not treat if you are pregnant. We typically wait if you are nursing. Resurfacing lasers, Fraxel, and ablative CO2 wait until you have been off isotretinoin long enough to be cleared — commonly at least six months after the last dose. Active infection, cold sores, tan, and sunburn postpone treatment. IPL and BBL are used cautiously on darker skin types. Melasma is decided at consult, not at the machine. Full medical standards.

The platforms

Pricing is by consultation. Laser and light treatments begin at $350, depending on the platform and the area treated.

Nd:YAG 1064 nm — Er:YAG 2940 nm

Fotona 4D

A layered facial protocol on the SP Dynamis — tone, firmness, lines, pigment, vessels, and scars.

Fotona 4D is a treatment plan, not only a machine name. Inside and outside the mouth, four complementary modes stack heat and resurfacing so the face is addressed as a whole rather than a single wavelength.

Ideal For:

Uneven tone, mild laxity, lines, pigment, visible vessels, and textural scars when a multi-mode protocol is the right map.

Fotona SP Dynamis

755 nm picosecond laser

PicoSure Pro

Picosecond pulses for pigment, selected melasma, scars, lines, pores, and tattoo ink.

Ultra-short pulses shatter pigment with less heat than older Q-switched lasers. PicoSure Pro is used when color, texture, and tattoo ink need pressure rather than a long thermal dwell.

Ideal For:

Sun spots, certain melasma presentations, acne scars, fine lines, enlarged pores, and tattoo pigment.

PicoSure Pro

Multi-wavelength picosecond

PicoWay

Picosecond energy across wavelengths, with Resolve tips for texture.

PicoWay treats pigment, benign color, scars, wrinkles, and tattoos. Resolve fractional tips extend the work from ink and spots into pores and surface irregularity.

Ideal For:

Pigment, benign color, scars, wrinkles, tattoo ink, and textural refinement with Resolve.

PicoWay

Broadband light

BBL HEROic

Sciton broadband light for sun, redness, and the years written in tone.

HEROic delivers broadband light for sun spots, freckles, redness, uneven tone, selected acne, and photoaging — a light-based reset rather than an ablative peel.

Ideal For:

Sun spots, freckles, redness, uneven tone, selected acne, and photoaging.

IPL — ResurFX — Nd:YAG

Stellar M22

Photorejuvenation, vessels, pigment, rosacea, scars, and hair on one platform.

Stellar M22 combines IPL with ResurFX fractional and Nd:YAG so a single visit can address color, texture, and selected vascular work without moving between rooms.

Ideal For:

Photorejuvenation, vessels, pigment, rosacea, scars, and hair reduction when a multi-application platform is indicated.

Lumenis Stellar M22

Non-ablative fractional — 1550 / 1927 nm

Fraxel Dual

Two wavelengths: scars and texture at 1550 nm; superficial pigment at 1927 nm.

Fraxel Dual is non-ablative fractional resurfacing. The 1550 nm wavelength is used for acne scars, texture, and lines; 1927 nm addresses superficial pigment, sun spots, and photoaging with a shorter surface recovery than CO2.

Ideal For:

Acne scars, textural irregularity, lines, sun spots, and photoaging.

Who Should Wait:

Not during pregnancy. Not while taking isotretinoin, or within the usual clearance window after the last dose. Postpone for active infection, cold sores, tan, or sunburn.

Fraxel Dual

10600 nm ablative fractional — DEKA SmartXide Punto

CO2 Fractional

Stronger resurfacing for acne scars and deep texture — with a longer recovery than light or pico.

Ablative fractional CO2 removes columns of tissue so the skin must rebuild. It is reserved for acne scars, deep texture, and photoaging when non-ablative platforms will not reach far enough, and downtime is planned in advance.

Ideal For:

Acne scars, deep textural change, and stronger resurfacing when recovery time can be honored.

Who Should Wait:

Not during pregnancy, while taking isotretinoin, or within the usual clearance window after the last dose — commonly at least six months. Not on infected skin, or if you cannot protect the field from sun. Darker skin types carry a higher risk of pigment change. Keloid history is reviewed before we proceed.

Aftercare:

Keep the field clean and moist exactly as instructed. No makeup until the surface has closed. Sleep with the head elevated if the face was treated. Strict SPF. Contact us for spreading redness, pus, fever, or pain that is worsening after the first day.

DEKA SmartXide Punto CO2

Consultation first. Treatment only when you are a candidate. Who treats you, who should wait, and aftercare.
