How It Works:

The first visit is a consultation. We review history, medications, pregnancy, implants, and recent procedures. Treatment is scheduled only if you are a candidate. Same-day treatment happens only when you are cleared and choose to proceed. Most lift platforms are a single visit; collagen remodeling continues for months. Combinations are planned, never stacked at random.

Who Should Wait:

We do not treat if you are pregnant. We typically wait if you are nursing. Monopolar RF (Thermage, XERF) is often contraindicated with a pacemaker or defibrillator. Ultrasound is not placed over the thyroid, trachea, or cystic lesions. Active infection, open wounds, and sunburn in the field are reasons to postpone. Recent toxin or filler is timed at consult. Monopolar radiofrequency

Thermage FLX

A classic non-invasive tightening treatment for face, jawline, neck, and the eye area.

Monopolar RF delivers volumetric heat through the dermis so collagen contracts and rebuilds. The FLX platform is used when skin has begun to rest at the brow, jaw, and neck without wanting downtime.

Ideal For:

Facial firming, jawline definition, neck laxity, fine lines, and the delicate skin around the eyes.

Who Should Wait:

Not during pregnancy, and typically not while nursing. Disclose a pacemaker, ICD, or other implanted electronics — monopolar RF is often contraindicated. Postpone for infection, open wounds, or sunburn in the field.

Aftercare:

Redness and swelling can last a few days. SPF every morning. Avoid sauna, steam, and hard exercise for 24 to 48 hours as directed. Collagen remodeling continues for months; do not judge the result at one week.
